Entertainment Education Conference

Gurupada Chitrakar is a traditional Patua (scroll-painter) from Naya, Pingla in the Midnapore district of West Bengal. He writes, paints and sings the scroll in a typical style that has come down the generations.  He has performed in the US, UK, Spain, Italy and all over India to much acclaim. He is also the recipient of the prestigious National Award from the Government of India.
